Responsibilities
- Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their prescription, lifestyle, and budget.
- Educate patients on eyewear and lens options.
- Take measurements to ensure proper fit and vision (training provided).
- Place and track eyewear orders.
- Dispense, adjust, and perform minor repairs on eyewear.
- Verify insurance and vision benefits when applicable.
- Maintain an organized and attractive optical showroom.
- Work closely with doctors and staff to provide an excellent patient experience.
- Answer patient questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Accurately document information in our computer systems.
Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
