This position focuses on scheduling appointments, assisting patients by phone, answering questions, and coordinating communication across our multiple locations.
Support the financial health of our practice by ensuring accurate insurance billing, resolving claims, and working collaboratively with insurance companies and patients.
Work directly alongside our optometrists while helping patients. Clinical Technicians perform pre-testing, gather medical histories, assist with testing, and help keep our clinics running efficiently.
From frame styling and lens recommendations to adjustments and patient education, our optical team combines technical knowledge with exceptional customer service.
Create outstanding first impressions by welcoming patients, managing appointments, verifying information, and keeping the front office running smoothly.
